Combines the objective data from a Physical Demands Analysis with the subjective data obtained through a cognitive demands screening tool to create our industry-leading job site assessment system.

Accompanying document outlines the physical, mental, psychological, and social components of the job, identifies and addresses the risks/ hazards, and provides practical risk management solutions and recommendations for current and future employees.

Data collected from the Physical Demands Analysis is used to establish the manual baseline requirements to safely complete each job task. We use this information to develop the appropriate tests for evaluating job readiness in new employees.
